Time to start up another post series on my blog i think. This one i actually stole from laurenconrad.com a blog I have followed for quite a while, basically since The Hills finished and I needed another dose of Lauren Conrad. But i think this series is a fun way to show a few of my favourite things (can't help but sing the sound of music in my head there). Whether it's clothing, places to go, beauty products, homey things, yummy food or something completed random that made me smile, it should be a nice little regular addition to the blog.
This week i've picked some wintery favourites that i've been loving this time of year.
FAVOURITE BATH & BODY WASH..
i bought this body wash on offer when doing my weekly food shop and i can't get enough! i love the combination of ginger and pear making it great for winter with that gingerbread christmas baking smell along with the fresh pear scents. i also love that it's a two in one product, being a great shower gel for a quick get in get out wash as well as making some great bubbles for a nice relaxing bath. it's nice big bottle that has already lasted a while and i think this might just hang around past wintertime too.
FAVOURITE COSY JUMPER..
i picked this jumper out from gap as a christmas present from rob's mum (who is always so generous at christmas time) i needed a new jumper for winter and just wanted something really soft and cosy and this more than does the job. it seems that turtle neck jumpers are definitely back in fashion and i didn't really expect to like one for myself but this just suited me really well and it's in a lovely light grey (as are most of my jumpers/clothes in general, woops) but it has honestly kept me so warm and cosy this winter already and it's a really cute jumper to just throw on over anything.
FAVOURITE BEDDING..
i've been looking for some nice new bedding recently but not found anything that i loved that wouldn't break the bank, that is until we stumbled into b&m the other day where i came across these really cute heart print pillow cases and sheet for only £5.99 in the sale! i have to say i do love a printed sheet and pillow case with a plain duvet cover keeping the bed simple but with a little detail when you lift the sheets. and i was quite surprised to find that the quality is actually really nice and they've made some very soft snuggly night's (and mornings!) in bed this winter.
